Company Off-sites

Offsites That Actually Work

At the Gingerbread House we help small teams create offsites that people genuinely enjoy… and remember. Whether that’s bringing in inspiring speakers, organising creative or slightly quirky activities, planning countryside walks or boat trips, or simply giving your team the time and space to think together properly.

Sometimes the best thing an offsite can offer is a beautiful shared space where everyone can slow down, talk, and reconnect.

More Than Just a Quirky Venue

Having spent nearly eight years at Meta as a Creative Director, I was lucky enough to attend some incredible offsites around the world. The best ones always had the same ingredients: inspiring surroundings, good food, and the time and space for real conversations.

I’m happy to help with as much or as little of the planning as you need… from shaping the schedule and organising speakers or activities, to simply making sure everything runs smoothly during your stay.

Small Teams, Great Conversations

The house has six bedrooms and nine beds, making it ideal for small leadership teams of up to nine people.

At the heart of the house is a central library space with a large screen… perfect for strategy sessions, brainstorming, presentations, or even morning yoga. Outside, the house sits beside the river and close to the Cotswolds, with beautiful walks, boat trips, and excellent country pubs nearby.

Or you can simply stay put and enjoy the garden and meadow… a surprisingly good place for thinking and talking.
