Need to knows

Rooms and beds

We have six bedrooms, some solo and some sharing. The set up is like this:

The blue room (king, furthest from bathroom)

The mail room (king with cot, second furthest from bathroom)

The mannequin room (king & en suite bathroom)

The nursery (small single room, next to bathroom)

The map room (single room downstairs, next to toilet)

The family room (One king and two singles, en suite bathroom)

Other rooms

We have a large kitchen with Aga, marble breakfast bar and farmhouse table (due to costs the Aga is currently switched off but there’s an electric cooker too).

The lounge has a wood-burning stove, two sofas and two armchairs, and a TV with chromecast.

The ‘library’ (doesn’t have many books yet!) is a great teaching space for yoga, drawing classes etc. There’s a big flatscreen TV for presentations etc. Note the sofa and armchairs can be moved out of that room depending on needs.

Parking

There’s room for around 6 cars on the drive, more can go at the end of the lane, or if needed more parking can be arranged with a neighbouring vicarage field. Please note the house is up a hill from the parking area and drive.

Noise

Though we welcome events, we ask for no loud music after 10pm and music off entirely at 11pm due to our proximity to the lovely neighbours.

How do the sleeping arrangements work?

The house has six bedrooms with nine beds, making it ideal for small leadership teams or creative groups of up to nine people.

Some teams choose to share the larger king rooms, while others allocate single rooms depending on their group dynamic. We’re happy to help plan room layouts ahead of your stay.

Can partners or additional guests join?

Sometimes partners join for part of the stay, especially if teams extend their visit into a long weekend. The surrounding countryside is beautiful for exploring, with walks, boating and great country pubs nearby.

Just drop me a message and we can work out what makes sense for your group.

Usual offsite structures

Every team is different, but a typical offsite day might look something like this:

Breakfast together – around 8am

Morning session – 9–11am

Strategy, planning or creative workshops.

Break – 11–11.30am

Second session – 11.30–1pm

Lunch – 1–2pm

Afternoon session – 2–4pm

Free time – late afternoon

Walks by the river, time in the garden or exploring the local area.

Dinner – evening

Evenings are usually relaxed — long dinners, good conversations and often the most valuable team bonding time.

Food & drink

Though there are many local options, including a new boutique high-end restaurant in Evesham Felton’s, and an award-winning National Trust pub in Bretforton, The Fleece, we also often recommend our in-house chef Anna, who can work to any styles, budgets and dietary requirements.
